Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General
  • These terms apply to all users of Sahaba Agency (aristonpipes.com).
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
2. Orders & Pricing
  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders may be subject to special pricing — contact us for quotes.
3. Payment
  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods.
  • Payment must be completed and verified before order processing begins.
  • Always use your order number as the payment reference.
  • Upload your payment receipt/screenshot through your account dashboard for quick verification.
4. Delivery
  • Inside Dhaka: 1 business day after order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order size.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 01735-999442 with your order number and photos of the defect.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for wholesale orders.
6. Product Information
  • We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Actual product colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting.
  • All products are genuine and sourced from authorized manufacturers/distributors.
7. Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability

Sahaba Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
